Payments

To book tour packages or related services through our website, we require an advance payment to confirm the booking. The remaining package cost can be settled upon arrival at the destination but before the commencement of our services. We reserve the right to determine the mode and amount of advance payment required, which may vary based on the nature of services offered. Full advance payment is mandatory during peak seasons of Corbett Tourism (Christmas, New Year, and Festival Time) to secure hotel and resort bookings. Corbett Creek Safari reserves the right to modify or terminate any offer at its discretion and without prior notice. In case of unavailability at specified hotels, alternative accommodation of a similar category will be arranged.

Mode of Payment

Our user-friendly website facilitates overseas advance payments via online bank transfers, Master/Visa debit or credit cards. Foreign nationals can make payments through currency notes, traveler’s cheques, or Master/Visa American Express Credit Cards. Please note, applicable bank charges for credit card payments will be added to the total amount and should be paid accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or postpone your tour/travel for unavoidable reasons, please inform us in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your written notification. The following cancellation policy will apply:

  • 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour cost
  • 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour cost
  • 7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 40% of the tour cost
  • 2 to 6 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour cost
  • Less than 48 hours or no show: NO REFUND

Note: Jeep Safari & Canter Safari bookings are non-refundable. Separate cancellation policies apply for bookings during peak seasons (weekends or weekdays during Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year), which will be communicated as necessary.

Liabilities and Limitations

Please be aware that any increases in permit fees for safaris/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges mandated by the Government of India after finalizing the tour/service cost will be charged as extra.

Important Note

If your safari booking cannot be processed due to technical issues or seat unavailability, we will refund the entire amount to your designated bank account, and you will be duly informed.
